		<description>I could certainly get behind creating a market for individual courses offered remotely.  I think the all or nothing approach of the virtual academy is destined to fail, or at least be relegated to the margin. The beauty of offering individual courses online is that it can fill gaps in curriculum without dramatically changing the structure of the public education system. A program like the one in Florida could be implemented here with minimal cost.</description>
